অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন / Delete account

You can ask us to delete your BD LANDS account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what we may keep.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address on your account, or include your registered mobile number in the message.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my account".
3. We verify it is really you (via your registered phone/email) and then delete your account.

Your request is completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your profile (name, phone, email)
• Your KYC / National ID documents
• Your property listings and photos
• Your chat messages, saved searches and favourites
• Your device push token

Delete only some data (without deleting your account)

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete your individual listings, photos, saved searches and favourites at any time. To remove other specific data, email [email protected] describing what you want removed.

What we may keep (and why)

For legal, accounting and anti-fraud reasons we may retain a limited set of transaction and payment records for the period required by law. These are kept securely and are not used to identify you for any other purpose.

অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ডেটা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ (বাংলা)

আপনি যেকোনো সময় আপনার BD LANDS অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট ডেটা মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে পারেন।

কীভাবে অনুরোধ করবেন

1. আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল থেকে (অথবা রেজিস্টার্ড মোবাইল নম্বর উল্লেখ করে) [email protected]-এ ইমেইল করুন।
2. সাবজেক্ট দিন "Delete my account"।
3. আমরা পরিচয় যাচাই করে (আপনার ফোন/ইমেইল দিয়ে) অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলব।

অনুরোধ ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয় এবং নিশ্চিতকরণ পাঠানো হয়।

যা মুছে ফেলা হয়

• প্রোফাইল (নাম, ফোন, ইমেইল)
• KYC / NID ডকুমেন্ট
• আপনার লিস্টিং ও ছবি
• চ্যাট, সেভড সার্চ, ফেভারিট
• ডিভাইস পুশ টোকেন

যা রাখা হতে পারে

আইনগত, হিসাব ও অ্যান্টি-ফ্রড কারণে আইন-নির্ধারিত সময় পর্যন্ত সীমিত কিছু লেনদেন/পেমেন্ট রেকর্ড নিরাপদে সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে।
